The Baltimore Publishing House is a curated 12-week cohort for serious authors ready to finish, polish, and publish their book with professional support, a built-in community, and a clear path to distribution.

This is not a writing class. This is a publishing experience, held in one of Baltimore's most celebrated boutique hotels, designed to match the ambition of the authors inside it.

We accept only 10 authors per cohort in Memoir, Self-Help, and Fiction. Seats are intentionally limited so every author gets the attention their book deserves.

You will leave as an independently published author with full ownership of your work, your rights, and your royalties. No gatekeepers. No waiting. Your book, on your terms.

Our cohort model is designed for authors with substantial, story-driven work. To ensure every author receives the time and design attention their book deserves, we accept only the following genres:

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We accept only 10 authors per cohort. Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance. Our team will follow up within 5 business days to discuss your project and next steps.

Our team reviews every application personally. You can expect a response within 5 business days. If accepted, you will receive a formal enrollment agreement and payment instructions.
